From 8e9156c403fddc54b03339daaadabd398abc43b0 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Mischa POSLAWSKY Date: Sat, 14 Mar 2020 22:09:49 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] =?utf8?q?include=20letter=20=C3=98=20as=20common=200=20lo?= =?utf8?q?okalike?= MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Programming fonts regularly use a slashed zero to distinguish the number, but in some cases make it look very similar to the scandinavian vowel. In low quality could even be mistaken for 8 shown subsequently. Confusion with the symbols ∅ and ⌀ is less likely, usually having a different shape, as do glyphs representing a dotted digit 0 (ʘ, ☉, ⊙, ⨀). --- unicode.txt | 2 +- 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/unicode.txt b/unicode.txt index cea0803..0b14c17 100644 --- a/unicode.txt +++ b/unicode.txt @@ -50,7 +50,7 @@ Mathematics and sciences: Proper typography: - • Lookalikes: 1lI|, 0OD, 8B, 2Z, 5S$ + • Lookalikes: 1lI|, 0ODØ, 8B, 2Z, 5S$ • “It’s ‘quoted’”, „deutsche ‚Gänsefüßchen‘“, « guillemets ‹comme ci› » • u + ¨ + ´ = ǘ, o + ~ + ¯ = ȭ, e + ^ + ` = ề, e + ¸ + ˘ = ḝ • 1 + 2 − 3 × 4 ÷ 5 ≈ 0–1‰ — 0° 21′ 36″ -- 2.30.0
